Attorney Drew Williams was born in El Centro, California, where he was raised by his parents Dan and Sharon. Drew and his wife Melinda with their son and daughter live less than a mile from the house Drew grew up in.

Drew graduated from Southwest High School in 2004. In 2008, he received a Dual Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Finance, graduating with Honors from Northern Arizona University. Drew went on to graduate Cum Laude from California Western School of Law in December 2010.

Drew became an attorney in May 2011, and has practiced law exclusively in Imperial County since then. Through a combination of professional experience, hard work, and dedication to his craft, Drew has built a successful track record of representing clients in a variety of practice areas including criminal law, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, estate planning, and real estate.

As a criminal defense attorney, Drew has successfully defended a wide spectrum of cases, including traffic tickets, misdemeanors, DUI crimes, felony offenses, domestic violence crimes, drug trafficking offenses, sex offenses, and three strikes cases. Drew has secured the release from custody of countless incarcerated Defendants, and has successfully negotiated case dismissals for his clients. Drew has also assisted numerous Imperial County residents terminate their probation early and expunge their criminal records.

Drew is knowledgeable in family law and aggressive in protecting his client’s rights. Drew has obtained favorable results for his clients on a wide variety of family law issues, including child custody, child support, spousal support and marital property distributions. Drew has also successfully prosecuted and defended domestic violence restraining orders.

Drew is currently a partner at Williams & Singh, LLP. In addition to representing clients in a variety of practice areas in Imperial County, Drew also serves as in house counsel for Century 21 Neighborhood Agents in El Centro and is a licensed Realtor. 

In addition to his work as an attorney, Drew is an active member of the local community. In 2011, Drew was asked to join the El Centro Kiwanis Club, where he served as the youngest President in the club’s history for the 2014-2015 year. In 2012, Drew was asked to join the El Centro Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, where he is currently serving his second term. In 2015, Drew was asked to join the Executive Board of the El Centro Chamber. Additionally, since 2011, Drew has volunteered for the Imperial County Mock Trial competition as a scoring attorney.
